A family run business that reminds you of home cooked meals. We ordered Mexican omelette and French toast, both dishes were how mom would make it simple yet delicious!. This was our first time visiting and would definitely return.
Warm hospitality from owners. Nice hot beverages. Nice decor. Good selection of slabs and growing. A new and unique offering for this quaint town. Will return for sure.
We drive out towards Niagara on the lake often, thought to try breakfast here en-route, this quaint town. This is like a mom-pop place which I really like, however it ended up being a bit pricey for pretty basic breakfasts. Ie. even a stack of 3 small plain pancakes was around $10, not $6.50, Of course we didn’t just have pancakes but they didn’t give us a receipt so can’t give the breakout. The portions weren’t large as others mentioned, I’m a smaller person and don’t eat as much so it was fine for me, I did finish everything. The menu prices posted are quite different so don’t use that as a reference. A bit disappointed with the price for a non tourist town.
Nicest ladies around, best breakfast and awesome environment. Came here as a child with my dad, stopped in this morning, already want to be back. You guys are the best!
Mama can't count and guesses the total bill which Tina knows, Mama uses her age and her charm and plays dum and it works a lot of the time. It is all a facade. They serve burnt toast and broken eggs. They overcharge their customers and steal tips from their employees instead of going in the tip jar most of them go straight to the cash or to etransfers. Do not eat there or WORK there.
The best breakfast place for a delicious bite or a hot drink, service is always like family.
Feels like someone's kitchen, which has its pros and cons. Very friendly staff, pretty solid food, not TOO pricey. That all being said, they only accept cash/e-transfer which is annoying, and I don't know if they WANT business or not, but there is ZERO signage outside. My wife actually thought the place was closed for good, before I had to take a picture of me eating inside to prove to her that it wasn't. No website, no facebook page, nothing. The food is good, sure... but as far as running a successful business, I'm not sure they are up to speed.
This is a wonderful quiet restaurant. The staff is fantastic and super friendly!! I recommend if you are in the area stop in for a quick bite to eat...2 thumbs up from me!
Our go-to for family breakfast. Kids love the pancakes, this time wife had an omelette and I had the standard 2 egg breakfast. More than enough food and love the potatoes crisped on the griddle. =-
18$ for a club sandwich and fries seems like too much. Sweating the whole time too as the AC in there isn't doing much. 2stars cuz it was a good sammy and fries, but not for 18$ and a bucket of sweat. Everything I touched was sticky too. I will not be returning.
