The first time I had my volume lashes done I was not very happy with the result. I emailed about my concern and received a reply within hours! The manager Cara was truly amazing. Not only she understood my concern, but also offered a solution and followed up upon after. Her customer service is amazing - she truly goes above and beyond with providing a personalized care for each client!!! Lash tech Shadia is amazing - she is very gentle and the results are simply perfect. And that is what you want :)

The girls that work here are amazing! I've gone to other tanning salons and the staff had no idea what the difference between any of their beds were... I mentioned this at Fabutan and the girl explains in detail the differences between the other beds..that they don't even have at Fabutan. Very well trained and professional salon. It's always clean and feels like home. The manager is also one of the nicest people you could meet! I've been going for 6 years and won't ever take a groupon for somewhere else again!

I totally agree with you Michelle Brown, I had my lashes done last Friday and they are falling out. I was told they would last at least (2) weeks. “That is not happening!” I have been so careful on the care of my lashes - I even paid additional cost for the lash serum, and the mascara. I am so disappointed. I called to let them know, and they did say they would have the manager call me and Morgan said maybe I could come in and they would fix this for free. I really do not wish to have them fixed by them as not only are they falling, when they get wet they turn upside down; twist and it was embarrassing when I was told “what is wrong with your lashes” This place is very expensive to maintain lash extensions. I feel if you go to this place you would need to get a guarantee that if you have problems like this in the first two weeks of getting new lashes and you are NOT happy with service that was provided to you would be given a refund or even partial refund. But that is not going to happen. I would not recommend this place for this service and I will indeed tell everyone I know to research other places before going here.

It was very nice going there. I got my lashes done and they looked good after. The next day I lost about 10. It hasn't been a week and they look terrible, most lashes are sideways not up and down. I am very disappointed, it was a lot of money to pay for them to only last a few days.
