The master woman with long hair cut the child's hair terribly. We waited in line for 30 minutes, when the client still came for us, she became the child’s as quickly as she could, because she really wanted to have time to make money on the next client, she didn’t listen to what was asked at all. After three minutes of work, we paid $25. Two days later, the child began to complain that the hair interfered with the eyes, they came and asked to remove the length, the master was very rude, grabbed the child from the strech without combing, the bangs remained crooked and in layers. She said that they themselves are to blame and the child interfered with her, although this is a lie. No more feet. Worst service and attitude. Exactly two weeks later, the child does not see anything, the hair just looks like chopped pieces.

Never trust a bald barber. Guy was more interested in the soccer game on TV than the paying customer in his chair. Girlfriend had to fix my haircut when I got home. Barber didn't listen to what I wanted. I guess you get what you pay for.

Horrible hair cut. Do not adventure to cut your hair by this unprofessional people. I had the worst experience ever, for a simple hair cut. The barber lady has no clue of what she is doing, no talent, no skills and she does an extremely poor job. You ask for a little trim and you go home almost without any hair left. Even though the prices have gone up from $9.99 to $13.00 to $15.00 it’s still the cheapest haircut around in New Westminster and Burnaby. Estella does a wonderful job and she’s lovely as well. *UPDATE* the price for a haircut is now $18.00

Got an awesome haircut exactly the way I want it, carlos was very professional he did an excellent job. They charge 15$ for a men's haircut very reasonable price, the Barber shop down the street was charging 22 last time I checked. Do yourself a favor and get rid of those covid hairs and look dapper again!
