Friendly staff, decently modern pieces and very reasonable prices compared to most furniture stores. Staff are friendly but not pushy. I would definitely buy here.
We ordered a round dinner table and 6 chairs here of total cost $ 5627.21 on Dec/19/2021 , with Amanda, she told us that we have to wait 20-22 weeks to arrive, so which we patiently did. Paying deposit $2813.61, But our table came with defects, top wasn’t properly sanded, had 3 yellow spots and was looking like someone put something hot on top. And table base has defects also. Chairs was damaged also. We ordered chairs with open area under, OMG when we look under , improperly fixed together, they were painted with something gray that when I touched with my hand, this dust remained on my hand, were UGLY. So we refused to pay another part of $$$ because our order was UNSAFE CHAIRS , DAMAGES AROUND and UGLY. Amanda and Bryanservice manager AGREES with us and they said they will do another set for us, this was on Aug/ 7/ 2022 now . They told us will take again little bit of time , ok, we were again patiently waiting for our order. Since there no calls no emails from F2 Furnishing. My husband was again in the store around Nov/10 and asked Bryan about our order, he said will email the factory about and will let us know. Until today no emails no nothing. So Today Nov/19/2022 11 months since order in we were in the store and I was asking our money back. No apology no nothing from them . Today is 11 months of waiting time I believed them, I believed that, ok we will wait little bit of time but we will have a table and chairs in our house. They ruined it.. They are unprofessional, they really didn’t care about us, we have lost one year of our life to nothing People don’t spend your money here , and don’t waste your precious time here…. Go somewhere else! I tried to reply to F2 furnishing but I can’t so I will do it here. Yes we asked for our money back because it’s 11 months now with any result , I mean good quality product which we paid for. Amanda assured us that everything will be very good quality and what we received ? was bad one… And before we saw the table and chairs , on May13 , we paid in store again $2813.60,so ALL MONEY $5627.21 I attached photo of it YOU HAD IN and after we saw all damages we cancel the second transaction. We know everything about wood , my husband was carpenter for a long period,and he knows about “finger-jointing “too which in our order was UNPROFESSIONALLY MADE IT. Was looking like someone was doing our order in rush and forced that wood and broken it. And that broken finger-jointing was unprofessionally screw with SIMPLE CONSTRUCTION SCREWS. And chairs wasn’t with simple dust, BUT painting dust. When I asked why they are dusty Amanda said that it is under and no one see it…. REALLY?! So if I have to clean under the table and I turn the chairs upside down on the table my hands will be every time dirty from that paint. Table had damaged on top 3 round spots , and pedestal had a chip, and 4 legs improperly sanded before staining. Bryan took all pictures of it I just regret that I didn’t took any pictures to proof my words. And don’t say you give us lots of options, NO , you said that fabric will do another set and until will come we can have this set but of course you said we have to pay ALL amount. We refused because I was wondering that if it will come with the same problems , or we will get a new set. No one gives us that everything will be well. And until Nov/ 19 no one knows where is our order. So had one Christmas without table, waiting for it, and you expect us to be another Christmas without a table? WE ARE A NICE family of 5 , we were patiently waiting for our set, I disturb you , calling, one time in Mai asked about order. We understood that again will take 22 weeks until will come again, but we are waiting more now 27 I think, with no money and no table and no chairs. 11 months in total…… We was hoping to have a new great table and chairs for this Christmas, but you ruined it …..we lost one year of our live for nothing. Don’t say this was your design , you show us what do you have and my husband and I made OUR design in base what do you had . It’s OURS
Excellent service! Amanda, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She wasn’t pushy and was very respectful. She even came in on her day off because we were unable to meet with her when she was working! In addition, the showroom was displayed well, with lots of selection, and prices were reasonable! A pleasure to shop at F2!
Amanda is super friendly and knowlegeable. She helped us figure out what we wanted in a bedframe based on our colour scheme. The store has many options for colours and materials as well. Brian and Andrew delivered and set up our new couches quickly and with great care. They gave me tips on leather maintenance before leaving. We also found the owner James to be very accomodating! Excellent service and quality all around!
Great stock and reasonabke cost. And Amanda is very helpful and knowledgable. A little awkward to get to, but well worth it.

Good selection of furniture. Service was good. Pick up process was straight forward. Some of the products seemed a bit more expensive compared to other furnishing stores with similar products. I did find what I was looking for and was pleased with the experience.
Un welcoming staff and waste of time to go this store. No one said hi or hello on arrival and while leaving too there was no good and polite gesture. Furniture is low quality and over priced
Customer service is not good, shipping as other reviews have noted is not realistic and emails will be ignored often. Prices are way too high given what you're actually getting. Go somewhere that will at least give you quality for the price. If you really like something at F2 you're better off shopping for the equivalent pieces online and saving 20%+ vs the rip off prices you'll find here.
Overall good experience. The Furniture: There is some good quality furniture here and a huge selection. Ability to customize fabric, color, and size of many pieces. I find it slightly expensive but at the end of the day it seems to be good quality. The Sales Experience: They were nice and very responsive via email and phone. I found that they were kind of lying to me though on my bed. Originally when I expressed interest they indicated they did not have any in stock that I had to order by the end of the week or I would miss the next shipment and the next delivery for the bed would be 5-7 months. I ended up not placing an order originally and came back a few weeks later AFTER this so called last order was placed. Big surprise....they still had none in stock and when I ordered the bed it ended up coming in 4 weeks or so. I guess this is just a sales tactic to create some urgency... The Delivery: Overall the delivery experience was really good and the delivery guys were quick to set up, as well as careful not to mark walls, hardwood, etc. The delivery guys broke one of the plastic elevator ceiling tiles while putting something in the elevator. They definitely made up for it my there set up and care of my place. I didn't have felt pads so they kind of made their own out of the packaging material until I could go buy some. There was no mess left behind.
