Friendly Family run business. We are so happy that we happened to stumble upon this store in 2016. We purchased our beautiful, well built kitchen table and chairs from them. A year and a half later, we still gush about how glad we are to have found them. They carry well built and stylish furniture/accessories. The owners along with their daughter are so easy to talk to and delivery service was great with a couple of good guys to build the purchased product.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture over the years from Dempsey's Fine Furnishings. Each time I have received superior customer service and great pieces of furniture. Most recently I purchased a Kitchen Hutch and matching round table with leaves. The Hutch was a floor model that they were able to customize for me. I appreciate the product knowledge that they have and the time they take to explain options when purchasing custom products. I highly recommend Dempsey's Fine Furnishings if you are looking for a solid, well made, nice looking piece of furniture.

We absolutely love the furniture we bought from Dempsey's. Over the course of a year or two, we bought a bedroom set, entertainment unit, sectional and sofa/end tables and couldn't have been happier with any of our experiences through the purchases. We were given great attention when picking the furniture and the colours which we wanted to match with wall colours and other furniture we already had. The ordering and payment process was easy. Once the furniture arrived, it was carefully inspected and re-wrapped for us to transport we live out of town, so opted to move the furniture ourselves. Once the moved into our house, unwrapped and put into place, the furniture was perfect. Would certainly recommend Dempsey's for a personalized shopping experience, to feel like a valued customer.

We were so fortunate to find exactly what we needed! Best of all, our sofas are very solidly made, of Canadian construction, and we had a terrific relationship with Lorraine at Dempseys. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. And all of this came after numerous unsuccessful visits to other furniture stores.

Horrible customer service. Very rude to customers. They have a very cute little dog running around the store but seemed incredibly annoyed when my children asked to pet it. Horrible furniture quality. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dempsey's will be truly missed. Exceptional furniture and service. Happy Retirement to you both.
