Eye Care Center of Lake County: Serpico Anthony A OD

Dr is good but they have no selection of eye ware. Had to go to Costco to get the glasses

Dr. Serpico is amazing! He is so kind and friendly, making sure I was totally comfortable when I was there. He does his best to help in every way (ex: putting in an order for my contacts asap so they would arrive before I leave for school next week, and offering to send them to my address if they don't get here in time). The office staff is very professional and quick as well. Best eye doctor's office I know, I will be coming back again!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance because the office was busy. When I called back a few days prior to my appointment, with additional information they requested, they had no idea how I was. My name or appointment was not on any records. They were very rude to me.

I know next to nothing about Dr. Serpico or his practice. I went in for a checkup a couple weeks ago and was blown away by this Doctors "chairside" manner. He has a wonderful personality, took the time to make sure I was comfortable before starting any testing (and asked "Is it OK if..?"), and made me happy to be there. I hadn't had a vision test in seven years, but I am going back for the next time I do, and I highly recommend him to others.
