Eye Candy is the BEST gluten free bakery around! I ordered Millionaire Bars and Chocolate Raspberry cupcakes for my birthday party last night, and these are the MOST delicious gluten free treats in all the land. My guests thoroughly enjoyed these beautiful and delicious little bites. Lorena was wonderful to work with, and the online ordering process is so easy. I’ll be back again for sure!
I absolutely love this shop, the owners, and the products! I am gluten free and until Eye Candy came along, I didn't really love any GF sweets. Most of these items are undetectably gluten free....so much so that I used Eye Candy to cater my wedding and my guests were blown away! Lorena and her staff are absolutely wonderful people and go the extra mile for their customers. If you are in the area- stop at Eye Candy! It's a must!
I have always loved their sweets, PB Blossom and Lemon Drop cookies are my favorite, but their quiche is amazing! Moist! Flavorful! Fluffy! So delish!! By far, the best gluten free quiche I’ve ever eaten!!

I had my wedding dessert table catered from Eye Candy Bake Shop and Lorena and Jasmine provided excellent customer service on top of perfectly executed desserts! I had a vision of having East/Southeast Asian dessert flavors in French pastries and Lorena accommodated all of this and far exceeded my expectations! She is an incredibly gifted baker and artist. Eye Candy's daily pastries in their shop are also out of this world! If you're looking for a dessert caterer or your go to pastry shop, visit Eye Candy Bake Shop in Geneva, IL. If you are gluten free, this is the place to come. The variety available is truly "eye candy" in presentation and taste. Favorite is pistachio/berry cake - until the next box was opened and the cinnamon roll consumed.
We searched high and low for a vegan and gluten-free bakery that was 1 delicious, 2 affordable, 3 close to the Chicago suburbs, 4 willing to make simple cupcakes for our wedding dessert. We secured a different bakery before the pandemic, however when we had to postpone our wedding that bakery unfortunately closed. We were so sad, and tried several other bakeries that just didn’t do it for us…and then we found Eye Candy! They checked ALL the boxes…especially in terms of deliciousness! We actually never tasted the flavors we chose for our wedding before the big day they do offer tastings, we just didn’t have the time to make it happen. Instead, we picked up a few of their plain vanilla cupcakes to try, and loved them so much that we just knew any of their other flavors had to be amazing too. There were only a handful of guests at our wedding who were vegan, and less that were gluten-free, but we love simplicity so we decided going with only VGF cupcakes was the best move for us. When I say these cupcakes were a hit…it is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Every single person who tried one I’m not exaggerating raved about them. I was worried, because I had originally ordered 105 cupcakes and forgot to change the number when our guest count dropped down to 79…but by the end of the night there were less than 10 cupcakes left. In addition to being delicious, Eye Candy was great to work with and so professional. I’m so grateful that we found them!
Everything I've had is so delicious. My friends love it even though they aren't gluten free.
Eye Candy Bake Shop did a beautiful job in coming up with a cake for our son's 2nd birthday. Jasmine from the shop was a pleasure to work with and she helped us throughout the order process and delivered our cake to us on NYE in time for his birthday. We will definitely order again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom cake.
My absolute favorite place to get pastries! As someone with Celiac Disease, it's so nice to have a bakery that is 100% dedicated gluten free. I'm also amazed by the quality of the pastries I've tried here - so yummy. Keep up the good work!
