Extended Stay Suites | Historic Downtown Wabasha

Found this resting place by mistaken thru google map browsing. Book for two days the trip was awesome! First time here one of the room have a mystery door entrance that lead to another guest unit; I got curious about it and called the property manager for more information regarding the locked side door; were told that it is used to share between 2 roommates that want to shared there space with there other member; no worries the other side have a lock as well neither can't open the door unless both parties on each unit unlock there side door lock. In future would be nice if these kind door can be removed to make your own unit feel extra secure. Well be looking forward to renting again. Have to give a 3 star on room rating sorry... but upon arrival the floor in the unit was dirt grit all over the place I had to sweep and mop the floor to feel comfortable. It even have a laundry room area with bottle of water, laundry supplies, ice, and firewood which you can get them at a price.

The rooms are very cozy and very clean. We use the kitchenette and it comes with everything you need. If your in need for just a night or several, i truly recommend this place.Rooms: 5/5

The place is adorable we had a little problem the first night the frame on the bed was broken but that did not stop or stay or loving the Villa that we were in. The kitchen is very nice pretty well stocked with just the basics but still is enough for me to cook breakfast. There is plenty of towels with lots of amenities for the bathroom which we appreciated. The outside deck was wonderful and I really enjoyed Becky and Nicole. We would definitely stay here again and have already started talking about when it will be.

Super nice owner answered phone several times today. Helped me make reservations and then a cancellation. Super helpful on a busy fall weekend. They have 2 rooms still available for this weekend!Service: 5/5

Their mailbox for phone messages is generally full. So, it is hard to get through to someone to reserve a room. They have remodeled and it seems like a decent place to stay. Perhaps it’s just the management, they don’t seem to return calls. Or no one is on duty in the evening for late check in if coming from out of town. My last stay took them two hours to open my room because of recent painting. Then another hour to fix the lock so I would feel safe after getting in. I was offered a free night stay, but when it came time to use it, they refused to give it.

We stayed in the Villa which comfortably slept 5. The rooms were nice and featured a nice deck off the dining area. Most everything in the Villa was new and quite nice. We were able to walk to the Wabasha county fair which was an unexpected treat. Nichole was great and we will certainly stay there again.

Beyond helpful and kind staff. Self chckin was nice. Clean neat rooms. Bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud

I don’t think there’s a friendlier host in the Midwest. The room was spotless. Our golden doodle was happy here. We stayed while on an eagle sighting trip. Count on keyless entry and access for commodities.Rooms: 4/5

Although the room was clean it had a damp musty smell. During our 3 day stay there wasn’t anyone in the office and our room wasn’t cleaned or anything replenished. We ran out of coffee, creamer and cups. I would look for other accommodations next time.Rooms: 2/5

Nice and clean! Comfortable bed. We had a kitchenette and it contained everything a person would need plus a dishwasher. Owners are very friendly and all around great people. Most definitely would recommend staying here.
