Extended Stay America Hotel South Bend - Mishawaka - South

Very surprised by just how clean, quiet and nice it is here. Got a studio and it's just perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. You get more than your money's worth here!! Definitely going to stay here again.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The staff was all very pleasant and helpful. They allow pets for an extra fee, which I appreciate. Their breakfast is just so-so. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling in the area.

We had a room on the first floor very close to the lobby which was great for ease of access. It was also right next to the elevator so w being a light sleeper n not having my fan for white noise, n my pillows n such I did not sleep very well. But I really don't sleep well at any hotel. So if you're not a light sleeper, and don't mind flat pillows, then you'll be fine. The full kitchen is nice, but was a little frustrated that for any pots, pans, cooking utensils, dish drainer, etc you had to talk to the front desk. I understand they have their reasons for it, it just personally was frustrating.

Shaylin was very kind and considerate and helped us with a special accommodation even though it was a busy weekend.
