Express Construction is a company of frauds and hucksters. They will lie, steal, and cheat you. Ask anyone of their suppliers or subs. Jason Haggard is a joke of an accountant. Jeff Rockey is incompetent and shouldn't be trusted. Their company is rotten to the core. They are in the process of going bankrupt but won't tell you this and still bid your job while their offices are liquidating everything. Don't do any type of business with them.

I had a bad experience and would not use them again. Contact me and I will tell you why. Do a search for Tempo Apartments in Seattle.
