Miserable unprofessional service, i waited 15 minutes for a cab, called to ask when i might expect a cab, was told by dispatcher it would be another 10 minutes or so, when i asked if they were so busy that I should call another company, the dispatcher said "Fine, Goodbye" and hung up on me. Nasty, unacceptable excuse for customer service. They currently have a sole service contract with Via rail, which should be removed. Gives Brockville a bad name.

Generally have no issues with Executive, but the driver I had tonight was extremely rude. Picked me up from work and started making snarky comments about the poor service at my job. If he had an issue there are better ways to deal with it. This driver was very unprofessional.

You're better off to walk to your destination, not only will you get your daily step count but you'll actually get to your destination without having to recall Executive 4-5 times for a cab that isn't coming.

I have never had to wait anymore than 10 minutes from the time i called. Calling them at last minute to get to work on time, they have always been reliable. Thank you so much all you great people that have to drive our A$% around town lol thank you so much
