Do not use City Taxi. I have used their services multiple times and each time has been an absolute nightmare. They are horribly disorganized and incredibly slow to arrive. In my experience, you will regularly be waiting at least twenty minutes before a cab arrives, if you're lucky. The latest - and absolute last - time I called them for a ride, I wound up waiting half an hour only to call back and find out that they hadn't even sent a driver yet! (For comparison, I called Executive Taxi after this and got a cab in less than five minutes.) I have missed appointments, classes and train rides due to City Taxi's tardiness. They seem to have the uncanny knack of showing up at the exact moment you've given up on them, if they show up at all.
And this is to say absolutely nothing of the drivers themselves. I have had drivers that have talked on their phones while driving, I have had a driver speed and make me feel incredibly unsafe with their recklessness, I have had a driver who made a point to aggressively share his hateful political views with me while going on disturbing anti-government rants and talking about how he wants his wife to die, and last but not least I had a driver become extremely angry and hostile when I tried to pay for the cab ride with a debit card. City Taxi doesn't have an extra charge for using debit or credit, but frankly I don't think that's worth it if my driver is going to curse me out and treat me like an idiot for paying by debit.
The only time I've used City Taxi in the past is if Executive Taxi's line is busy or if the only phone available is a direct line to them. But I've had enough. I will not be calling them again in the future, and if they're the only option I have on hand, I'd sooner walk. I'd probably get there faster and save myself a lot of grief.

Nastie PPl there rude I'm legal blind n had to pay 2 times cause the driver Left my med bag in trunck the man I called named Doug said I have to pay another 24.00 after paying my ride to bus in brockville then home then again for my meds that was 75.00 + tip never will I talk or tell others to take them not even a sorry..
