Monday 1h before closing time. :: I dont understand who runs this store? They literally lock the doors and let people in one by one and ask for the rest to wait outside in the cold until theres less people in the store. Is that what they will do in December when its freezing outside?? There's only 2 people working here and when u approche them to ask a question or ask for a shoe size they ask u to get in line. The line is infront of the cash where theres 100 shoe boxes, u cant look around or look for ur size without bothering/pushing the people that are waiting in the line!!! (((Selected shoes are infront of the cash with boxes so u can search for ur own size))) The store is a mess. Its unorganized. I literally just walked out because of the nonsense. If you have anxiety do not come here. I hope the other locations arent like this. You made shopping here unpleasant and a pain in the ass. You need to hire more competent people. Or maybe this store needs better management.

I had one of the worse shopping experiences of my life. I ordered a pair of Nike's off their website recently. I placed my order, it was confirmed and I went back to the site to make sure my size was sold out (it was the last size 11) so their would be no chance of a "over sold stock" situation.....4 days later I get an email saying my order was canceled due to over selling of stock. I contacted customer service via phone twice, left a message and no one returned my call. I also sent an email and still no one returned my call or email. They have no intentions of taking care of their customers. Super disappointed. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THEIR AGAIN. There are tons of great online retailers and stores that provide better customer service, I will take my business their.
