Always professional. Always good work. Bought a used car with only one key and no fob for the remote start. A/C also needed recharge. I asked if they could stop the horn from beeping when I locked it, too. All done with a smile and within 24 hours! Wonderful experience.Service: Air conditioning

Can't say enough good things about this shop. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great service. We called them when our truck started stalling out and we limped into Drumheller a couple hours before close. They were able to diagnose the sensor issue, get a part sent over, and we were ready to go in less than an hour! We will come back anytime we are in the area and need vehicle service. Big thanks to Jake who was our lifesaver today!

Editing past review to fully elaborate the service as I've had some questions: By far the worst automotive service that I've ever had. Not only did the service take almost 3 times longer than the time estimate that I was given the only service being done was them mounting new tires on my rims but the gentleman who I'm told is the owner was extremely rude. Both myself and other customers that dropped in, witnessed as he the owner screamed and cursed from the back everytime that the business phone rang and he was required to come to the front to answer it. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely the most terrible place to go! Would rate it a 0 if I could! Rude staff, tell you they will call when the work is done and don't. Come to pick up your vehicle after an hour and you have to speak with 1 specific person who should be back in 10 minutes. Guy comes back stoned 1.5 hrs later and doesn't apologize. Said he had to go home for a while and when he comes back he still keeps you waiting. The rest of the staff ignore you are even there.

Great experience. In from out of town, not even for a day.... had a diff leak on my 1/2 ton. After calling 2 other places who could not look at it, I called these guys.... after 3:00 and they got me on the road before closing at 6:00! It wasn't because they weren't busy either No nonsense, get to work and get the job done type of place and crew. Did what I asked for, gave me advice but knew what was needed to get me going. Broke down while driving through drumheller, stopped at Excelsior and they immediately sent a mechanic out to help. Carlos found the problem very quickly and they had us fixed and out of there within an hour. It was the most affordable repair job we've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

After running over every pot hole in Drumheller my poor car couldn't take anymore and started to rattle on the right side. The guys here helped me right away. They even offered to give me a ride to work when we found out the problem involved ordering a new part in overnight. Price was reasonable, as they only charged me for the new part and an hours worth of work.

Excellent service here. I found it after going to Napa and was told I was going to have to wait to get my car repaired till the manager came back... Obviously he didn't. I was from out of town and had my spark plugs blown. They fixed er up and ready to go in just a few hours. Definitely recommend this place. The technician that works there is very knowledgeable!
