Canadian Tire

We had such a good experience at drumheller Canadian tire. Our truck broke down when returning to Calgary from my dad's funeral. They brought the truck right in, ordered a part and had it in 5 minutes and fixed it for a way more than reasonable price and within a half hour we were back on the road! Thank you so much for the outstanding service. Counting blessings!

Great customer service. I'm not from Drumheller, just happened to be in town for work. I went in looking for a welder that was on sale. One of the staff noticed me looking lost and asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for the welder that was on sale, but they appeared out of stock. He ran the sales tag through the system and said that they show one more left in the store. It wasn't in the store room so we had a look around the store. We found it down a random aisle. He grab the cart, brought it to the till and help me load it in my truck. I didn't even have asked once for help. Came to find out he was the owner of the store as we chatted on the way to the truck. I don't leave a lot of reviews, just when I receive extraordinary service like today!

Fortunately the CT app showed me where my desired item was. I did not purchase as I was confused about which voltmeter would be adequate for me.

Recently we were looking for new tires for our car and not only did the gentleman go out of his way to make sure that the wheels were ordered but phoned the warehouse to find out exactly when they would be in. So they went above and beyond. Plus this place is packed full of cool stuff. You have to check it out cuz there's always something on sale.
