I've had excellent service here and am super happy to have this salon in my neighbourhood! I get a French mani-pedi about once every 3 months! It's wonderful!!

1st time ro location. Wasnt very clean. Quality and selection of nail polish is terrible. Wouldn't recommend location. I was there for only toe paint.

Well I just moved from ottawa and I still drive like 13.5km to go have my mani pedi mostly because they're the best and they massage your hands n feet plus i must add that anyone who wrote bad reviews must have been having a bad day because I've never had any issue going there in fact going to Excellence Touch Spa gives you more than most nail salons .and usually you get rush jobs while when I go to Excellence Touch spa I'm there for almost 2 hr because they take their time on you.i do believe that I will continue going because it is the best.and the workers are extremely friendly and happy.unlike regular spots

I must say I was extremely disappointed. This spa came highly recommended and I wanted to take a friend I haven't seen in over five years for a nice relaxing spa day for mani/pedis; it was anything but relaxing. My friend and I go in and I ask for a specific style to be done to be told it can't be done as my nails aren't long enough... I do my nails enough to know that it could have been done but I let it slide as I don't want to cause a situation as I haven't seen my friend in a while. Then the pedicure was extremely rushed, I booked the mani/pedi together for the both of us yet they had us across the room from each other half the time. Not to even mention my nails. They rushed my manicure and applied a second coat of paint before the first coat was dry causing it to get chunky and have bubbles. She also gets nail polish all over my skin and doesn't clean up her mess! The manicurist goes to put a design on my nail meanwhile complaining that I have a rounded nail bed so it makes it hard for her to put a design on my nail! She leaves for five minutes for the acrylic paint to dry and then tries to apply a top coat, smudges the nail, and in a huff says it has to be redone and starts again. She then tells me it is MY fault because I didn't keep my hand straight under the dryer! She gets it all done and while my nails are still wet tells me to go pay and have my friend reach into my purse to pay! I must say this is the WORST manicure/pedicure I have ever gotten and when I pay over a hundred dollars for a service I expect them to be able to do a better job then I can do myself. Needless to say I will not be going back and I do not suggest anyone to suffer a terrible manicure/pedicure by them again. If it were possible to give them a no star review I would that is how poorly treated I was.

Unfortunately, the quality of their nail polish application is very poor! The technician painted my nails in a very lousy way: she went over the edge several times. If you pay by cash, they charge you $31 for shellac manicure. It is $2 cheaper than at other much better salons in the area, but, IMO, it is not worth saving $2 on nails if they look like crap for 2 weeks.
