A brilliant solution to a pair of broken glasses... I visited the store last Thursday to report a pair of broken glasses that I purchased some $500 two months ago. The saleswoman, who identified herself as the only non-Asian staff in the store, has kindly offered a solution: I should purchase a new frame that costs $570+ because it will last forever. In essence, she was telling me this: let's solve this problem by you spending more money on something else. It is astonishing that she had the gut to make such a suggestion to a customer. I did not take the offer. A week has gone by. The store did not bother contacting me to offer an appropriate solution. Let me make it clear to the owner, manager, and staff of the store: I will not make a trip to the store for another appalling solution. I do not want to have any business with you ever again. It is fine you prefer to shut your eyes to the problems that customers bring up. I will take every opportunity to tell people around me to stay away from your store. Good luck with your business.
Before I came into this store, I went to a whole bunch of places and was always indecisive regarding picking the right frame. Michelle spent a long time with me to help me find the right frame and it was a big success. I love my new glasses. Both Michelle and Judy are super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back for more.
I've gone here for my contact lenses & she's very patient with my indecisiveness. I had looked at glasses & was happy with both the selection & prices. I had a problem with an older pair of glasses that I purchased elsewhere & the Optometrist, at Infinite Vision, recommended something that was simple & works perfectly. I couldn't be happier with how she fixed the glasses that I didn't even buy at her shop! Very good people to work with. I'll be going here for all my vision needs. Highly recommend them.
Consultative approach and patience from Leila was very helpful, I tried so many frames and she helped me to select the perfect one I am very happy with the style and got lots of compliments from my colleagues already. Moreover they have a very Knowledgable & caring optometrist, she found the issue of my eyes to be different from what I was told which is now much better by using the samples & eye masks she gave me.
Well what can I say this place is a hidden gem in Midtown and glad I walked in one day when I was taking my regular walk. Customer service from Vivian is impeccable and she genuinely cares about your eyes and vision and takes her time with you and is very patient to make sure you are satisfied. She is very reassuring. She cares about finding the lowest affordable price for you. Best eyeglasses place I have ever been to and I have been to other places and they rush you and don't care and are too busy to bother. Thanks Vivian for you wonderful service and for making me feel comfortable when shopping for my new glasses. :
Vivian is awesome! Went there on recommendation from my fiance to be fitted for contacts. Her customer service is excellent and was able to provide me with sample contacts free of charge when a supplier missed an order!
I was very satisfied by the level of service and the overall experience. Both, the owner and the Eye Doctor are very nice people. After going couple of times, I felt that I can trust this store. I checked all other major eyeglass stores and verified the price and service. Price could be few dollars cheaper in other stores like Costco, but I felt that I am OK to pay few bucks more and get a satisfaction guaranteed. Once you go there, you will know what I mean - it is the overall experience that counts. I can say that this was the Best store I found in eye care business in the GTA.
Best customer service as always! I got my new sunglasses based on Vivian's recommendations. She did special order for me. It was delivered in right schedule for my convenience. Really happy with the new purchase and her customer service!
I visited Infinite Vision Eyewear based on all the great reviews and it does live up to the hype. Vivian is personable and knowledgeable offering me suggestions for contact lenses based on what is the newest on the market, my prescription, and lifestyle. I left extremely satisfied with the level of service which deserves 10 stars!
The best Eyewear store ever! I've been an customer for 3-4 yrs now, Vivian always provided me with good quality product, reasonable price & such an awesome customer service. It is the first time to write the review on google for me and thats how much im impressed.
