My artificial grass was done 2 weeks ago by Lucas. I was very impressed with his friendly personality and knowledge of his craft. He explained what he was doing and how I should maintain the grass; also asked me my preference with respect to which way the grass should be laid in terms of view from the road or from the landing area. I really appreciated that my interest was considered. Overall, Lucas demonstrated excellent customer service. customer service
