My mother was treated with professionalism from the time she was brought into your care. This was carried on by the great staff throughout the arrangements, service, and interment. I'm incredibly thankful for the comfort and ease of planning my Moms funeral at Evergreen. We were treated with so much care and kindness by all the staff. Aside from it being an incredibly cold and snowy day, everything was perfect. I have to give a special mention to Chantelle, who put together an amazing slide show. When my sister passed away the Evergreen team were kind, compassionate and assisted us through this difficult process. It was very special when my sister and others were honored at a memorial candlelight service. A beautiful paper dove ornament with my sisters name on it was sent to me after. It is hard to think or plan anything after a loss, so when I lost my mom I was extremely grateful Dianna was there to get me in touch with all the right people, who then took us under their wing with such compassion! I needed to purchase more services from Evergreen Funeral Home and David Quach contacted me. I had already purchased the plot and headstone but needed to advise him on the inscription. I also needed to pick out a casket and arrange for use of the chapel. As I find it hard to go into his office, he offered to come out and do all the paper work in my home. He spent about 2 1/2 hours with my wife and I getting all the details correct. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. I am very pleased with the service I received from Jeff Morrison. I was looking for a final resting place for my husband. He made me feel very comfortable during a stressful time. I have other family at rest in Evergreen and have always been happy with the service. To all that are involved, thank you and a big thank you to Jeff Morrison.
When my mother passed away the Funeral Home Team made my worst day flow just a little bit better. The Compassion and Support the Funeral Home gave me during this time was unexpected and heartwarming. Chantelle made the most beautiful memorial DVD that express my mother Life to a tee. I would recommend Evergreen Funeral Home 100%.
Lindsey Hunter has been wonderful about getting all the details together for us to preplan our funeral. We don’t have kids and thought it would be best to do this in advance. Lindsey has been so helpful ensuring we have all the info we need and triple-checking everything. Highly recommend this very organized professional for all your funeral planning needs.
