We really enjoyed out stay! We were able to get the last two rooms, while traveling with friends. The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was nice with so many options. It felt very safe there. You wouldn't even realize it was off base! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here. Can't beat the prices for having a room with a kitchenette!
Two stars because the staff lack common sense and self-initiative. I stayed 3 days. They leave a couple of bottles of complimentary water. I did not ask for room service for any of the days, just for some water. She said, you only get water once. Sounds like a small request considering I didn’t ask for any room service. Additionally, I was here for follow- up on an extensive spinal surgery. The third day I paid with the card the already had on file. When I got back from the hospital I was locked out of my room and had to walk all the way around; a painful walk for sure just to sign another paper even though my room was paid for. I guess I would have walked it down if it was that important and I knew my guest was recovering from spinal surgery, AND the room was already paid for. There are two more cases of zero common sense/ courtesy but you get the idea. The room was very nice, and quite clean.
We stayed here thru Airbnb. It was the cheapest rate and we loved the location. The grounds is peaceful. They have camp grills with a couple patios furnished with tables and chairs. The playground was under renovation so we didn't get to enjoy it. The breakfasts were healthy and nutritious. On the go breakfast! It is clean and has a coin operated laundry facility. Bring your own soap!
Stayed here for a whole month. I enjoyed my time in the room good Wi-Fi, had a little kitchen to cook my meals and the free breakfast in the morning was decent. Didn’t have any complaints.
A great place to stay when in the area. Nice full kitchen - minus an oven. Best stay for the buck!Rooms: 5/5
I was just visiting a friend that was staying there but the room was very niceRooms: 5/5
Friendly front desk staff. Great price. Adjacent to the Commissary and Exchange. Breakfast was great as well.
Staff was great! Daniel was the one who went above and beyond!! The facilities are okay. You can see that they are trying with keeping everything updated and modern. My biggest tip is that there is no elevator so if you’re gonna have to move a lot of stuff, try to get something on the first floor.
Clean rooms, kept in good shape. Staff is very nice and the free breakfast is nice. Good coffee as well. Right next door is gas station, commissary and the box. Great location for freeway access.
I stayed at the Navy Lodge Everett, in Marysville, with my wife and child for a month while we searched for a new home, because we came from overseas. I'd like to start by saying that the facilities are fine. The rooms are decent for the price and you can cook in the rooms. That said, the staff are very passive aggressive and in the case of the manager, just plain aggressive. The older female room cleaning staff had the worst attitude I've ever experienced from Navy lodge staff. I've been active duty for over 10 years and stayed at many navy lodges and with the exception of the navy lodge in San Diego, this was easily the worst experience I've ever had. Repeatedly the room cleaning staff would leave notes by the range informing us that cleaning there was our responsibility every day for 2 weeks until I placed the sign out of a shorter person's reach. I felt really insulted when they left an unsolicited bottle of stove top cleaning solution in my room on the range. Furthermore, for about a week, the room cleaning staff would not leave hotel size shampoos/conditioners in the room until I specifically asked for it at which point she got very angry with me, but did her job. Asking whether or not I'd received any mail, or for documents to be printed, or anything from management routinely incited her wrath. It was so bad that my wife didn't trust them not to steal from us. I'm not trying to say every staff member was bad, I liked a few of them, but mostly my family experienced a toxic environment of overly agitated paid employees directed at uniformed active duty military members and their families. I guess what I'm saying is that next time, I'll take my chances with the NGIS.
