This is a horrid airline with bad bad customer service. Each person I spoke with was worst than the last. Avoid them at all costs. Never again Eva air. Burn
No one ever picked up my phone call. Why?
Got some trouble with the strike in Taiwan as my original flight has been canceled and they still want to charge me for 4kg of extra weight...bad customer service
Cabin attendants don't know how to deal with passengers. They don't use the words like please, excuse me, etc. A passenger claimed that to one of the CAs. Besides the rude staff, the flight to Taipei was very pleasant.
