Air Transat

I flew from Glasgow to YVR and had a long delay in Toronto. They had no cabin crew, plane was dirty and cold. I paid extra for Club Class and didn't get it. They sent me a voucher which is no good given flights are grounded world wide. Their baggage staff wrecked my new suitcase by dropping it.

Was travelling for a wedding, got cancelled due to pandemic, airline is so greedy it won't refund my price but said it will give me credit until end of year, the wedding will not be the end of year, it will be next year so i lost out on 2000$. Terrible service.

First time flying with Air Transat and was totally impressed. Flew from CUN to YVR and had zero issues. Great service at check in and on board. Roomy seats, great food and entertainment on the plane. Will definitely be flying with them again

Bad airline. Their planes can only be described as human rights violations. Expect baggage delays and losses. Their agents will also provide you with misinformation.

Probably one of the worst airlines ever...from Toronto to Vanvouver, the flight attendants were rude and short...very snooty... only served us once for drinks...the service was horrible...the waiting for bags took a extra half hr...after we landed...never again...worst airlines ever!!!
