Wow! I didn't expect to feel as comfortable as I did when I entered this salon, as I had a big fear since it would be my first brazilian wax and I had no idea what to expect. First off, the inside is beautiful and extremely cleanly. Even the front desk girls were extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I had waited no longer than one minute before my wax specialist came out to greet me with a warm smile. I was taken back into the room where we engaged in small talk while she told me the details of what I should expect. Once disrobed and one the waxing table, I couldn't believe how unbelievably comfortable I was! My wax specialist was incredible and very easy going. It took less than 15 minutes and I was in and out. They used some incredible product on my skin which I ended up purchasing before leaving. I will for sure be coming back!

Front desk staff Jamie was so friendly and helpful and Anna was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be back!

I love this location. I come here if I am coming from Akron. The staff can always fit me in even if I didn't make a reservation. Everyone I meet is very professional and nice! Ingrown Hair Serum RULES!

Had to wait a long time though i had an appointment. The women up front were nice as they kept telling me she was on her way but wasn't. The waxing specialist was so rude!!
