If you would like to try unique yet delicious tasting breads, I would definitely recommend this store! They dont have a huge selection of breads but I can guarantee that their breads tasted great! The place was also welcoming and you can enjoy a peaceful dine-in experience at their bakery.

One of the best cakes selections from Napoleon to honey cake! Melts in your mouth, organic flour and simple great quality ingredients . It is my “to go to” place for breads and treats! Love the great service too!!!

The pastries here are fantastic! Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable staff. Loved the meat, blueberry, and apple pies. The quality of the pastry and very high.

Had the seasonal Borscht soup. 5 dollars for a cup, slice of bread and fluffy, delicious sour cream. Excited to try some other items! Friendly staff as well and I found the environment quite cozy for a bite.

Updated review since I have still been going since my last review and they remodeled a bit and changed their menu. They don't really have inside seating as they had before but the bread is still the highlight for me especially Ukrainian Rye. Their desserts are quite yummy too.

I ordered a cake from this bakery for a baby shower, and all I can say is WOW! The cake more than exceeded my expectations. It was like a work of art! So beautifully constructed and decorated - it really was a show stopper! Thank you to the team here for such a delicious, beautiful cake for our event! We will definitely be back!!

A fantastic family-run bakery. We started buying loaves of bread here and it’s simply outstanding. Robust, chewy, full of flavour and it keeps much better than regular store-bought bread. It’s hard to go back to bland, floppy mainstream breads when there is outstanding artisan quality right around the corner. Support local. Support quality. Support small business.

A quiet place with homemade food. Great brunch though service is a bit slow. Would come back for other food items.

I don’t usually write reviews but I NEED say how amazing the cabbage rolls are! I’ve tried many different cabbage rolls in Vancouver and hands down, I can say European Breads Bakery’s cabbage roll is on the next level. The filling is generous with more meat than rice!! Very flavourful. I would definitely recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here yesterday. The borscht was an exquisite balance of savoury, flavourful and filling and was served with a rich and smooth sour cream and soft oven warm brown bread. Topped with fresh dill, the soft, delicate, handmade perogies were wholesome and delicious. The service was quick, polite, and friendly. We are definitely going back and recommend this cozy, down-to-earth, Eastern European bakery to everyone.
