I visited this dental clinic for my daughter. She needed her teeth cleaned. It was our first visit there and I had no idea about the paperwork and stuffs. The receptionist was very patient with me and helped me through the process. When it was time for cleaning, the hygienist was very patient and considerate with my daughter. My daughter who’s usually very inpatient and can’t stay still for long, was very cooperative with the hygienist. The hygienist did her job fantastically. She noticed some cavities and consulted with the doctor who was present there. He was very thorough with the informations. My overall experience at this clinic has been excellent and I have started going there since.

I was not sure what to expect, especially with the name "Walk-In". My encounter with the receptionist was quite pleasant, I didn't have to too long and was call in by a young lady who informed me that she was going to be my hygienist. "Really, you seems young" I informed her, and to be honest I felt nervous. This young hygienist was amazing friendly but professional, and very good at her job. The dentist then came to examine, she has fantastic people skills, very experience and will work with you to ensure you get quality service for your money. Great place to get all your dental needs taken care of.

I visited the clinic to get consultation from Dr.Sohair . It was a very pleasant experience at the clinic. The atmosphere was very warmth and welcoming. The front office staff was very helpful and understanding. They answered my queries patiently and provided me with the information I was looking for patiently. The appearance of the clinic was clean and hygienic . I liked the idea of a separate play area for kids( thumbs up guys). The Dr was calm and pleasing . She interacted well with me and answered my queries patiently. I liked the concept of pictures and videos to show me my problems with the help of a camera and monitor. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic to all.

(This will be a bit long but if you want to know exactly why I rated them 1 star, please continue reading especially if you plan to get your wisdom teeth removed here). I went to this god forsaken place for a wisdom tooth extraction and I will regret it for the rest of my life. So, my college has a network of dentists that work with their insurance that they provide to full-time students. If the dentist you go to is a part of this network, an extraction will be 90% covered. So I call them up, tell them what I need and that I'm a student with insurance. The woman tells me she'll call the insurance. She gets back to me and she tells me my insurance will only cover 70%. I try to tell her she's mistaken but she pushes it until I say fine. (stupid of me, I know). So I go there, I fill up a form, get taken in for x-rays and I could already sense a lack of friendliness with the staff. I told them I haven't been to the dentist since I was a kid and yet the woman taking my x-rays still lost her patience with me when I was unsure how to position myself for an x-ray machine I've never seen before. But then came time to meet the dentist. He comes into the room where I've already been instructed to lie in the chair in, shakes my hand and begins briefing me for the extraction. It's all well and good he tells me the risks which was good! I didn't want any surprises. He then asks me if he should brief my father as well and I tell him sure since I didn't want him to panic if something did accidentally go wrong. But when I tell him to, he made a sour face and had my dad come in. My dad casually asks if extraction is the only option, and I think this freaked the dentist out because he ends up telling him everything but leaves out the fact that I could become permanently paralyzed which I felt was shady since its the most important thing he should know! Another red flag I noticed was that the dentist said that my teeth would be a problem since they've already come up and I would probably have to come in for 2 sessions (Which I found a bit funny since a co-worker of mine had all 4 removed in one day as an adult with all of them raised already.) Anyways I'm asked to sign a document while I'm lying in the chair, just before they put the needle in my mouth and they begin operating. I then realized that I could feel what they were doing and I started wondering why I wasn't numb. At the time I didn't know they could inject more anesthetic and when I couldn't take it anymore, I let out a squeak and I realized how hard I was clenching my body. The dentist asks me if it hurts and I begin to tear up and I tell them yes. I receive very uncaring responses from both the dentist and the nurse. They bluntly tell me that I need to raise my hand if it hurts because they'll just assume I'm doing fine if I don't say anything. (Though it would have been nice if they told me that BEFORE the procedure began.) I then ask the nurse how I will able to know if it's pain or just regular discomfort and I remind her that since I've never been operated on before I'm unsure. She looks at me like I'm stupid and tells me, "Well, pressure would be (she pushes on my arm) like this and pain well, hurts." I was a little irritated at the awful explanation but I just nodded and said okay. The dentist then gave me another shot and told me I could ask for breaks if it began hurting again. After quite a while it began to hurt so I raised my hand and requested a break. After all of 5 seconds he irritably asked me if I was ready to go on and I just brokenly said yes. Absolutely awful bedside manner here. After the procedure, they gave me meds, had me scheduled for the second tooth removal and sent me on my way. a few days later, the numbness isn't fully gone from my tongue and I worry. I call to cancel my appointment as I'm not fully healed and they try to talk me into going but I firmly tell them that I will schedule when I'm ready and that was the end of that. Since then I've received 2 calls (Months in-between) saying I have an appointment when I don't. Dont go.
