Rexdale Dental Office

I have been coming to this dental office for over 15 years and I am disappointed with the way patients are treated. They are UNBELIEVABLY disrespectful of me as a patient, and my time. On multiple occasions I have waited anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time just to be called into a room. What is surprising to me is that the dental office calls me one or two times on the day prior to my appointment to confirm that I am coming at the appointed time, only for me to sit in the waiting room for a ridiculous length of time. If this only happened once I would understand, but this happens all the time, morning or afternoon, weekday or weekend. Furthermore, unless I ask the receptionists what is happening, no one bothers to provide an update. It is important to inform patients that the doctor is running behind schedule. Time management is essential - if appointments regularly run long, maybe schedule more time for each appointment. While I appreciate that good/thorough care takes time, it is unacceptable to hold people back for this length of time. We also have lives and jobs to get back to, please be respectful of this.

I have dealing with Rexdale Dental Office more than 15 Years. The staff is outstanding so polite and helpful to all patients. The front desk Staff provides you very good service and I would recommend you must visit Dr Singh and Dr. Lalani . Awesome people with great experience.

I had a ridiculous respond from the reception desk the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and have no manners how to speak to clients and because of her attitude I left the clinic, My appointment was at 1.45pm on sept 5th-2017, referred by one of doctor close friend and end up with ridiculous attitude of receptionist. 1- When you call for consultation to any dentist or any orthodontics they always inform you that there will be charges for consultation or some of them didn't charge its free. So this is receptionist duty to inform the new clients and let the client know what to bring like insurance card number or policy number. 2- I met allot of orthodontist and have consultation of my daughter and was told first while making appointment that its free or not, by the receptionist. 3- I can't keep my health insurance card with me all the time, when I arrived on said time of appointment . She asked us about insurance card or policy number which nobody ask me before and I just show them the letter by my family doctor which I give it to her but she didn't even bother to read it and I told her you can call this number (which was my dental insurance company number) and they provide you the info. but she was not at all helpful and cooperative that's why we all get upset and left. 3- Its not at all Doctor fault but yes he do have pathetic staff who fail to do their job professionally. Please suggest your reception desk that ask the client if they are coming first time so bring the documents which you required and also let the client know about consultation will be charged. 4- We picked our daughter from her class the way Doc time is precious same way our time is precious too, a little bit of professional attitude can safe people time and energy.

I've had a couple of dentists work on my teeth prior to trying this location and this place takes the cake. Equipment is fairly new and the doctor who dealt with me was god like. Very knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, and skilled. I felt 0 pain during the procedure. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The facility is super clean and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and make this place your permanent dentistry, you will not regret it.

I just went to see dr Iqbal and can't express how nice he was. I like many others are petrified of a dentist but this dr was just so informative I think I could of stayed the whole day in the chair. He made me feel so comfortable and forget the reason I was there. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. For anyone who is as scared as I am of dental work I can rest assure you all the staff make you as comfortable as possible. The place was also very clean too. I defiantly recommend this place to anyone.
