I had the same experience as described by an earlier commenter. I got a call saying my dress is ready please pay the remaining 50% and the dress will be here in 2 weeks. I paid and 2 weeks later no dress. I called and they returned my call saying the lady in Kentucky who clears their payments and ships the dresses to Canada was sick. Okaaaaaay… so when can I get the dress? They said they’d call me back. They didn’t. I called a few times and got no responses. The only reason I was being so patient is because I had a lot of time before my wedding date but after paying for it in full, this was getting ridiculous. Finally I left a nasty message and they got back to me, this was now TWO MONTHS LATER. They gave me some song and dance about how the dress had to be sent back to China and re-made. Okay fine, but why the communications blackout? I finally got it two weeks later. When I went to pick the dress up I got the silent treatment, then the owner snarked that they prioritize the dresses by wedding date and everyone gets taken care of. Of course, I said it would have still been nice to know what was going on rather than not hearing anything at all. The dress is lovely. It is exactly the dress I wanted and I’m relieved to have it because I was worrying that I had paid and wouldn’t have any dress to show for it. But I still regret getting it there because I could have gotten it elsewhere.
