Terrible customer experience. Don’t go. Their gas machine locked my credit card before I could even get gas. They said they couldn’t get the machine open until the next Monday in 2 days so I had to get my bank to lock my card. But this was not the real problem. I get that these things happen. But the manager name is Siva should have made it right. He should have asked whether I had enough gas to get where I was going, because my credit card was stuck in his machine and I had no cash on me! But he did not. He was unapologetic until I wrote a complaint letter. I had to drive back to Toronto on an almost empty tank and barely made it! Then, he should have offered to reimburse my gas to go retrieve my card from the store the following day another 80 km. But he did not, even when I asked.nThen when I asked for the district manager’s contact info, he lied. He said he would give it to me the following day just to get rid of me but then he said he could not do so. Dealing with human beings and corporations like this is so disappointing. Not a stitch of compassion-they just care about the $$.

On June 19 2024 I fill-up my gasoline vehicle with regular gasoline which I have the receipt but the pump had desiel fuel in it and it damage my car it end up costing me over $1600 in repair cost ,I contacted Esso Canada and email them all documents but they didn't respond so far, please stay away from this gas station since they are not trusted with their fuel supply and disturbution of proper fuel .

Nice gas station with a good selection of snacks. But unfortunately they close a minimum of 1 hour before the mentioned time. It says that they close at 11pm, but I have passed by a few times already almost every day for the past 2 weeks between 9:30pm and 10:30pm, and they were closed. Wished that they either followed their posted time or update it according to when they actually closed, because not only does it say that they close at 11pm on Google Maps, it was updated about 9 weeks ago.

Decent gas station, prices could be better

Very bad experience. Their employees are rude specially shawn. He was very rude and didn’t even ask for points cards. When I asked him about his manager, he said “I don’t care, if you want to complain, do it and take my picture to show in the head office”. He don’t care about Mistry shop and don’t even respect his job.
