Terrible service. Speedpass wasn't working. Staff person came out to read the meter and then charged me HSTon top !! When I called, I was told it would be corrected. They got my phone number and told me the boss would call me the next morning. Well, he did not. I called again and got the most rude person on the phone to call his boss again tomorrow morning. Or I could go back there for a refund. When I told him I live in Richmond Hill, he said that's not too far, "I live in Scarborough." Then he slam the phone down on me.
