Clean, fast, friendly. Decent selection of in store items. If you are looking for a road snack you need to try the Sweet + Sour Mixed candy bag. Good stuff!

Nice gas station. Never busy yet in a prime location. Tim's is self serve. Car wash can get busy.

Very small store inside, yet you can still get your basic needs like drinks and snacks, car fluids and a car wash. I have never visited their washroom, so I don't know if its kept clean.

I go here regularly. The gas prices are usually a little higher but also this is prime real estate and convenient for people living in condos nearby. Staff usually friendly and haven't had issues with their automatic system. This gas station can be crowded getting in and getting out. I wish they had an entry point from marine parade drive rather than from Lakeshore. I just feel this intersection is an accident prone area as there is just lot of activity happening around.

Friendly staff, gentleman at counter explained how to work the air pump to fill tires. Handy because if you don't pay very close attention to the instructions on the air machine you may lose a 1.50
