2/3 because this place has separate parking for walk in customers. But no 🚻 available at this location which is fine if they really don't have one. They have one but it is noy available, you have to go in and they give you the 🔑 because it is locked. But even if you try to unlock it, does not work. Guy working there cannot help you because he won't be able to leave the counter as he was only one working atm!! Another customer mentioned the same issue, which sounds like they know the issue and not fixing it. This was kind of bad customer service, where you know the issue and you still letting another customer go to 🚻 and try again (rather than saying "sorry! It is not working atm)..
