Pay at the pump is down so incredibly often it's completely unreliable. It's been a guessing game for at least a couple of years. We like the location as it's easy to get in and out, it's on route, and the service is always fantastic when I do go in store, but with two young children often buckled in the car, and Southern Ontario weather, I enjoy the luxury of pay at the pump too much to not default elsewhere. Hope they get that fixed once and for all soon.

I had a great experience at Esso, thanks to the excellent service provided by employee Gagan. She was very courteous and approached me promptly when I encountered an issue while refueling. Her professionalism and quick assistance made the process smooth. Well done, Esso, for hiring such a dedicated employee.
