What can I say, it's a gas station, but the attendant couldn't figure out how to credit points to a speedpass when I was using a cash gift card - his response was either it can't be done or I don't know how to do it

An embarrassment to the Esso name. Receipts not printed out at pump, Speedpass working at only a couple of pumps. Broken windshield washer squeegees stuck in snow filled reservoirs at every kiosk. Went inside to complain to three workers behind the counter and the best they could come up with was the night guy will take care of it. This was at 1430hr mid-afternoon. What were customers to do until then?

Self serve with a decent store. Need to add coolant to my radiator and they hadn't available. Is also a truck stop so they tend to cater to the trucker crowd which accounts for large store selection.
