Super suck service! I bought a cup noodles here and was looking for hot water and a folk. First, they told me they do not have hot water, so I persuade the staff at Tim Hortons (in the gas station) to give me some. Then I asked for a folk. They told me that they did not have folks, either. They only had knives and spoons for hot food in warmer only. THEY ARR NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE AWAY! I asked for the refund. They refused because I opened it. Every other convenience stores have hot water and folks for cup noodles, so I just opened it without thinking about it. Was that a problem? Even if the staff at Tim Hortons gave me a folk, I do not know if they learn a lecture about this. DO NOT BUY THE FOOD THAT NEEDS FOLKS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

%99 of Esso Card readers doesn't read the Aeroplane cards and most of the time customers miss their points. To get the points customer must stay in line up and waste his time to go to cashier. I think Esso steals the reward points
