Stay away from the esso car washes on Arthur St and memorial st. I had som bad experiences at the Arthur St location about a year ago and was contacted by the district manager and got an apology for the service and was told to go to the car wash on memorial which I've been doing. Now that locations car wash was down all summer. I purchased the luxury was and after going through it the water jets that turn on first when entering don't work so the bottom half of your vehicle and wheels are not washed at all. Then during the end of the wash cycle the soaping jets don't work shooting out soap which I believe is part of the luxury wash which costs more. Don't waste your money. Stay away.

Terrible car wash, always broken or out of soap ,I used to buy 3 &4 deluxe car wash books every month or two but not anymore ,I go to artur st.

I had pre-purchased the luxury car wash coupons during covid. Sadly the expiry date passed for all three and this Esso would not renew them. I would not recommend this location.

I called ahead to ask if the item i was looking for was in stock, he said yes. So i drove to the store but the item wouldnt scan. So i left empty handed.. not the employees fault but the issue was he was so high he didnt even know what to say.

They fulfill my tobacco, lotto, thirst quench for not only me but my wheels. Keep up the good work night shift. Always open. Accept when Sam goes. Door is locked.
