Essential Meal Delivery

Fresh, yummy and nutritious meals that I always look forward to eating! Always nicely presented. They are also one of the few companies that are willing to shift their menu to accommodate food allergies/special diets. Essential Meals is also very responsive to calls, emails and any special requests. Much appreciated!

I don’t think I’ve ever had such fantastic customer service before as I do with David. We use his service for my elderly mum who has arthritis, where cooking has simply become too painful, along with mobility issues meaning grocery shopping is arduous at best. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him. It’s a shock to have the phone answered by the owner, who seems to be there all the time, and it’s always a pleasure to speak to him. I’ve also met the delivery people a few times (we’re night owls) & they are sweet and respectful, which is important for an elderly lady living on her own. And the food.... it’s beautiful and fresh. My mum gets 2 400cal meals per day (without butter, she adds it if she wants from the fridge), and the portions are huge. I thought perhaps they would maybe scrimp with the protein, but not in the least! I’m blown away by the care taken in the recipes, the flavour & the presentation. I live in the UK, and knowing my mum has wonderful healthy meals at home has taken an enormous weight off my mind. I’m so grateful that we found this company, and my only wish is that they were over here, as I’d love to use them myself! If you are looking for this type of service, I urge you to try it for a week. Thank you, David & your fantastic team. Re the negative reviews: the first is absolute rubbish & anyone with half a brain can understand why meals are not delivered between 4-7, considering how bad traffic is. The second one: I also found the website slightly confusing - call them. David is a pleasure to speak with and will clear up any misunderstandings you may have.

I have had 3 deliveries so far and each time has been amazing!!! Arriving when stated they would and absolute delicious food. I have many dietary restrictions and my meals are created with all of that taken into account. Meal choices are always different and the flavours are incredible!!! I do not enjoy grocery shopping or cooking and am more than happy to have Essential Meal Delivery do the work so I can continue to truly enjoy the meals. Thank you!!!

This is a fantastic service! I have subscribed for two years, and have had nothing but success. The meals are always of top quality, and are customized to my specific needs and preferences. It is nice to be able to eat such healthy and tasty meals at a reasonable price! The variety of the menu always presents a number of options that work for me, and I appreciate the flexibility in ordering, as my needs often change from week-to-week. Finally, the logistical process of ordering and receiving meals is well executed, which is no small feat for a business with food-sensitive delivery timelines. I have had nothing but positive experiences, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

My spouse and I had meals delivered for a few months after the birth of both of our children. It was a wonderful way to make sure that we were getting healthy meals for ourselves when we were entirely sleep deprived with a new born and then a few years later with a new born and toddler! I would highly recommend Essential Meal Delivery for anyone with young children and/or new babies. The meals were delicious, the delivery was easy and setting up my account and selecting meals were simple!
