Super nice people. Actual hours are 8 to 5 ish, although their website has an online receptionist till 8 pm. Call before showing up to avoid a wasted trip. The new guy on the phone was a bit snappy but the owner and the lady upstairs were very nice before.

Curtis and his team are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for small engine repair and rentals, they know how to help you get the job done!

I bought a lawn mower from the Kubota I paid 11000 for the machine the coil on it failed sat in there shop for a week still they didn't know what happen I am a yard care guy so I need it they didn't lend me a new one to finish my week it sat for another 3 days nothing they still didn't know what happened I took it to escape they had 7 customers in there at the same time they unloaded and diagnose it with in 10 min robin is awesome yes curtis work on tell 9 that night it was on a brigs engine did the warrenty I was gone to work the next morn yes his shop is simply but u don't need fancy to be the best cust care is more important to me when he sell a machine they ask the right questions not whats on the floor he also tries to send me to the right people there rental equitment I need a tamper well I was down they rented me one because mine was down they had me fixed with in 2 days thank u guys and jess shes even an oilers fan thank you thank you thank you

Absolutely the worst run business I've ever come across. I rented both an aerator and a power rake for the weekend, of which both broke down leaving me stranded with many lawns to finish and out thousands in revenues. Try to get two new ones on Monday (I had the equipment rented till Monday at 5:30 pm) and Curtis wants to charge me for another day. Horrible equipment, zero customer service, I could go on but can only write so much before my thumbs get sore. I would highly recommend NOT dealing with Curtis or Escape, it was easily the worst experience of any business I have ever had. They don't honor the receipt/ contract that you sign, and don't care about you whatsoever. the lady was sweet and understanding, but Curtis the owner was a complete loose cannon. STAY AWAY
