I have been a customer here for over 7 years. The pharmacists have always answered all of my questions. They have been friendly and knowledgeable every time. It has been even better since they extended the hours until 7.
Been dealing with IDA for 3 yrs. Super helpful, friendly service, and has everything I've ever needed plus some. Thankful to have IDA and their staff in the community.
I removed my review because they did call to check on me and why I was upset. So this is why I came back to give a different review and deleted my other. I do believe things should be a bit better documented. It’s been a bit hard lately financially so I apologize if I wasn’t graceful with my actions. You never know how hard someone’s life is until you walk in their shoes.
Great pharmacy, always friendly service
Rude and unhelpful. The substitute prescriptions without asking, The pharmacist loves to make you wait while he stares blankly at a screen...no acknowledgment. He finds it impossible to say sorry when he can't help or has run out of a drug and has absolutely zero customer service skills. I am not the only person to experience his lack of social skills and i will be encouraging others to write reviews in the hope he might be sent for customer service classes.

Went in today and asked the male pharmacist there some questions regarding medication that is safe to take while pregnant. Needless to say he was very rude and unhelpful. Would NEVER go back there again. Also the stuff he recommended me was not safe for a pregnant woman either. Horrible
Garbage pharmacy. Ignorant know it all staff. Willing to not even call a Dr upon request. Judgemental and rude. Better to drive to red deer to find real health care professionals.
Always quick to fill prescriptions and they have the best little gifts and trinkets in store. They have always been accommodating and explain the prescription if needed
The shelves are not always stocked So you will be hard pressed to find a Bandaid -or help to find a bandaid best to invest in a good first aid kit and medicine cabinet just in case as the store is not busy enough to rely on what you need and the staff are often too Busy with other things to help. *One of the only places to find a ‘last minute’ gift in penhold! *
