I bought a pair of handcuffs that broke within minutes. I had to argue with the manager to get my money back but instead she just gave me another pair which also broke within minutes. I called again and she showed no interest in helping any further. Even an employee acknowledged that they sell garbage. I wouldn't recommend even setting foog in the store. Poor quality customer service.

it was my first time going at this store for my first toy and the association Samuel and Carol were both great at helping me find a toy that suited my idea that I was looking and other       recommendations that further help me choose.  I would definitely go back again in the future

I always come here with my partner and ever time I leave with what I came for. Jérémie is always a huge help in finding what we need which always encourages us to come back. I definitely recommend :

Emilie was a HUGE help for us! My partner and I had never been to this location and it was a lovely experience. I really love the open layout of the space, and I particularly like that the high-end safest-materials are right near the front door. Emilie was very attentive and had a great sense of humor, and helped us find an alternative for a product we saw online but was not available in store. It was suggested to us to try the O-Gel which i was nervous about because of capsaicin and menthol in it, but we were told that "Nobody has come in to complain about problems yet...!" and im so glad we listened. We are very happy with our purchases and will definitely be back. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed going here and talking to the sales person. Believe it or not this conversation opened my eyes to different ways to please myself and my partner. I really recommend talking to someone in store at some point even if you buy online. The explanations were priceless!
