Very welcoming atmosphere. Well lit and I never felt like I was in a dingy sex grotto. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Anna answered all my questions, made suggestions and I was very satisfied with my purchases. According to Anna, sales lady who helped me, the store's and staff's aim is to help improve people's sex lives in a frank and healthy way. The only caveat is that I was looking for glass toys which were plentiful on their website and they had practically nothing in store. Website needs to be updated. Will be visiting the store again.
They have great stuff but I was followed around the store like a criminal. I felt racially profiled. I end up spending $1000 in merchandise but was treated like a kid stealing a $.25 piece of gum . Meanwhile I saw white people walking around the store not being followed. They revealed to me that they have theft that’s why they follow people, I’m sorry I don’t care how many people steal from your store you don’t treat customers like criminals that’s what security cameras are for and security tags .Also you’re assuming people are criminals based on their skin color and clothing.
Staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions about the toys. I enjoyed my time there.
Their Stuff being really friendly You won’t feel uncomfortable when you walk in I was struggle With the kimono condoms I asked them about what’s there different etc they being really patient and friendly explained to me and I’ll Definitely will go back again
If I could leave less than one star I definetly would , I spent over 200$ dollars in the store and was very hesitant about buying a set of clamps but was talked into it by one of the employees purely based on the fact he said if they were the wrong ones he would exchange them for me if I had the original packaging , so I go 2 hours out of my way to make the exchange to be flat out refused any form of help will never be going back , do yourself a favour and go to a better boutique this one is very cheap and the employees are dishonest to make sales
