Thanks to these guys I didn’t need to buy a new furnace! They can fix almost anything the other area companies won’t bother! I was told my 11 year old furnace was unfixable by an Elliot Lake heating firm! For 5000 dollars they would gladly come back with a new furnace . Erin’s crew looked at the furnace and assured us that they could get it working! LOVE YOU GUYS AND THANKS AGAIN!

Ernie is the best there is what's going on there with the unresponsiveness they bluntly lie right to your face that parts are ordered and never follow up I Wanted a furnace put in with hvac called 3 times they obviously didn't need to make $16000 Very disappointed nothing but a s*** show Again tried to get Ernie for a septic emergency and they keep saying they're gonna call me and just ignore me

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I have never experienced such neglect for my sick & elderly mother in my life from a company that is suppose to care for their customers. Maybe there is something wrong with the colour or smell of her money. Ernie you have been called more than once to come & fix my mothers furnace. Does NOT surprise me on the last call of Monday 21 of Jan that there was no call back or NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Sad state of affairs when I understand you are the ONLY ONE in this community that carries out this service. I have never been so disgusted.

Recently Sept 2018 had a new propane furnace and ductwork installed in my home in Spanish by Ernies crew. Very happy with the service, speed of installation, and most importantly the quoted cost. Asked for quotes from a couple other Co's and mostly got jerked around, no problem recommending Ernies, and I don't usually bother writing reviews. Chris

Just had my gas combi boiler serviced... can't remember the names of the specialists but they went over and above my expectations to help me feel comfortable and secure in how my system runs and should sound etc. And they came same day!! Thanks for your expertise Ernies guys!!

Called numerous times with issues . Addressed issues in house someone was supposed to come noone came noone followed back as to why or when they could have Second time left a message still no call back … Thanks
