Accent Plumbing & Heating Inc

This company used to be great, I'm not sure what happened to them. They came over to provide an estimate and said they would get back to us with a written one. We waited a week for it, didn't get it so we called them. They said they would get right back to us, they didn't. We called again, the guy said he was on the road but would be in the office shortly and would get the estimate then. He didn't. He then called later and said he would have it to me before close of business the next day. We are still waiting. I guess our business isn't important to them. We are going to someone else, we no longer have time to wait for them.

Charged 90 bucks to show up at my tenants house for ten min and tell me what the the problem might be and tried very hard to sell me a new water heater when the one in the house is only 4yrs old

Amazing customer service! Called these guys on a Sunday afternoon when our sewer drain was backing up and we were completely panicking! John and ? showed up quickly, were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. They turned a very stressful and costly situation into a better one. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I paid for the job, than find out later that what they supposed to fix is not working. Called every week for three weeks, left a voicemail, nobody called me back. Will net recommend this company.

Called at 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at noon and was done within 30 minutes. He was professional and reliable. I would recommend Accent for quick reliable work!
