Erbert and Gerbert's Sandwich Shop

I ordered delivery for my lunch today and got a boney Billy box and 2 extra soups for later. This meal was AMAZING! The bread is so crisp and not soggy at all despite condiments. The pickle was juicy and huge! I loved how easy to carry the box was, made it easier to take for lunch.

Best service! There was only one guys working, Gus, and he truly did a great job getting everyone’s subs done on time! He was amazing and deserves a raise for his hard work! Super polite!

I ordered the Jacob Bluefinger and added pickles and jalapeños. They did not add pickles or jalapeños but added sun dried tomatoes or something and it was nasty. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich the flavor was still on the sandwich. It was a waste of my money.

Fantastic service! I ordered delivery from them a couple days ago.... I wasn’t sure if the bread was gluten free, as I’ve had E&G’s before and it looked different to me.... I called them back to ask if they remembered whether they used gluten free bread and he actually offered to bring me a new sub just to make me feel more comfortable! I have severe allergies so it’s nice to see them take me seriously, as a lot of places don’t. The manager, David, actually delivered the second sub himself.. I will definitely be back!

I love Erbs and Gerbs and the staff working that day put a huge smile on my face and I loved the care they put into making my sandwich great!

There is not enough nice things I can say about the people who work at this location! Dave the manager always goes above and beyond and always greets you with a smile. His crew he has are some of the most respectful and caring men I have ever met. Cody, Josh, and Gus especially! Everyone there truly does a fantastic job!!! Plus the food is delicious!!!!

First of all, very nice employees and great service. The place was very clean. Food was good. Overall satisfied.

Absolutely worst experience/customer service ever. The sandwich I ordered only came with meat and cheese and a very poorly applied tiny amount. I used to love Erbert and Gerberts.

One employee was great the other not so much... the bigger guy came from back wiped his face with a towel..never washed his hands..thank God the other guy made the sandwiches.. the guy went in back..then someone important came in and he was all friendly end engaged in everything that was happening.. maybe an owner or something.. but he completely changed... you should be acting like that all the time and sharing responsibilities not panning 4 customers off on the other guy ..

I can never just order one sandwich here. The Jacob Bluefinger is amazing, but then I also love meat... so two sandwiches it is! Plus, they have the best chicken with wild rice soup!
