Staff was super nice and gave really good recommendations. The sandwiches were made well and tasted very good. For my first time at this chain restaurant it was very pleasant and I will be coming back.
Our mom left her phone in the bathroom while we were there. We called and they looked until they found it and asked for a description of the phone before giving it back. Much appreciated!!Food: 5/5
Erbs is one of my top two sandwich shops. Good selection of subs, soups, and other sides.
The last 2 times we've tried eating here they were out of just about everything. When we did order subs they were made incorrectly. To top it off, we tried dining in today with our son and the doors were locked with no sign up on the door. Used to love eating here, but it's not worth it anymore.
I do like the subs, they are tasty, but it seems something is either missing or incorrect with my order every time I go through. Whether it’s a missing cookie, the wrong chips, or most recent no turkey on my turkey sub. I’ve started checking my bags for everything but I shouldn’t have to take apart my sub to see if everything is on it. I would give a higher rating if not for having issues with my order all of the time.
Food was good and order was right. I have a word of advice for delivery: When you REQUIRE 20% for gratuity, that's not gratuity. Call it what it really is. It's a delivery fee. Why am I required to "tip" 20% before I even get the order? Trust me. I don't mind tipping. I'm part of the industry and I usually tip more than most because of that. I just don't feel you can call it a tip when I'm required to pay it. Gratuity is a gesture for services rendered at the discretion of the person, not the business. I understand some large parties might require it but that's different from this.
Staff was professional and friendly! That's were it stops, our Turkey subs had one slice of turkey one slice of cheese and mounds of lettuce. My broccoli cheddar soup was so thick, it was like eating paste, the southwest chili my fiancée ordered had grease floating on top. Very dissatisfied, we went there in the past and the food was good. Something definitely changed, I will not be going back.
I love the sandwiches here. The Spartan is my go-to but the quatro is amazing. No pictures of the sandwich due to me eating it but just take my word for it.
Horrible experience!! Placed an online order and waited an hour. Paid all these fees. Called and they said “the printer didn’t print the order so it wasn’t made, and we don’t have a delivery driver.” What is that? They don’t check their online orders periodically? Why offer delivery and have no driver to carry out the service. This is not the first time they have messed up an order. They are unprofessional and rude. The place is around the corner and I will never go there again.
They gave me the wrong sandwich in the drive thru. I realized this only after I got home. It’s human error and I’m very understanding of this as I’ve worked in customer service for 15years. The problem was what came next. I called the store & they were unapologetic and very accusatory that is was my fault and suggested that if I already opened the sandwich I should just eat it. Rude. So I drive all the way back. I went inside this time & gave them back the wrong sandwich. They lady practically threw my correct sandwich at me and didn’t even attempt a “sorry for the confusion“ or even, “here you go.” Just silence. Thanks for the poor customer service for my $800 sandwich. You just lost a regular customer.
