We really enjoyed our New Year’s Eve date here. The ambience is modern and classy, and the service was very welcoming and attentive. I had the chicken thighs and my husband ordered the duck. The chicken was maybe a little bit dry, but all of the flavors were great. Cocktails were good too. It is a bit pricy depending on what you order, so it’s more of a special occasion spot for us. Would be a great place for a birthday or anniversary.
Great restaurant. Attractive dining room, large glass doors that open out onto the patio. Outdoor seating available with ample shade from the sun. Creative small menu a good thing, with a great variety. The Skagit Valley Chicken with Bean Ragout was great. Chicken moist and tender. My dinning companion had the steak with some modifications, and would not stop telling me how tender and delicious it was. Large wine menu, full bar and a few specialty cocktails. The food is a little in the Mediterranean side, attractively presented. Service was okay. Parking: Free parking just outside the restaurant.
Consistently great food. They have a huge space, the service is awesome, and most of the menu is incredible. The rigatoni and buratta appetizers were two standouts. The cauliflower was a little boring, but not bad.
Lovely environment with plenty of outside seating. Delicious cocktails. Friendly service, which was a little slower than appreciated. Overall, for drinks and a shared appetizer it was pleasant. Of note, this review is not for full dinner service.
Based on reviews, we were really excited to come here for our celebration, unfortunately our experience was strange at best a bummer since we chose this place over other tried and true local spots. My fiance and I don't even know how to explain this experience other than bizarre - from start to finish.  First, we made prior reservations for the dining room. However, when we arrived, they placed us in the bar. When we asked for something more intimate, they put us next to the noisy dish washing station in the bar.  We asked to be moved to the dining room, where we booked in the first place. They finally moved us into the dining room. Great! We received the drinks we ordered and thought things were on track. They were not. I ordered the short ribs and my fiance ordered the steak, medium. The short ribs were super sweet and the piece of meat was tough and didn't fall apart in any way, while his steak was rare, not medium see photo. With dinner, we ordered a specific white wine and asked for a beer list for dinner. They brought a red wine and a random beer. We did not know what kind of beer it was. It didn't end there. We asked our server for more bread and a list of after dinner cocktail drinks. We received neither. Ar the end of dinner they gave us someone elses leftovers. At this point, we couldn't help but laugh and wondered if this happened to anyone else or, if it was just us?
I love this Bistro. I've been a patron since they started out on Main Street. Everything I have ordered there has been creatively prepared and the flavors are incredible. Their Vodka martinis are generous and go down a little to easy. The atmosphere chic and relaxing.Food: 5/5
Great place in Edmonds The boneless braised beef short ribs were soft and tender. The iceberg wedge salad was adorable and delicious but our favorite was the Rigatoni Formaggio with spicy pork sausage. Also, great cocktails and service.Food: 5/5
We had an absolutely magical evening! The food was wonderful, and our server, Gene I believe he's primarily a bartender pulled out all the stops and went the extra mile to make our evening special, and to make us feel more than welcome as a visibly queer couple. We honestly felt like royalty at the hands of such thoughtfulness and kindness. I haven't had such a lovely experience with a service staff member in years. What a memorable anniversary dinner. Thank you again, to all the staff- but especially Gene!
Nice place, the bar look cozy. The food come out a bit slow and they apologized. Since we enjoy the evening with friend, we don’t mind. The meat platter was good. Both the entrees just okay in my opinion. I don’t recommend to order pork chop. Steak or ribs maybe better. I read lot of review about shrimp and sausage but don’t find it in the menu anymore. Will I come back? No, maybe no. They have a big parking lot so it was easy to find parking. And when we come lot of people dressed up.
Great meal, interesting menu and delicious cocktails. Great job on the scratch Aviators and lamb loin! Service staff were friendly and attentive from the time we entered until departure. They made our birthday celebration special and we'll definitely return soon. Kid-friendliness: The service staff were patient with our toddler. The restaurant is not geared for children. No kid's menu but there are many foods on the menu that are kid-friendly. Parking: Plenty of parking available. Dietary restrictions: Some nice GF options available
