Epiphany Salon

I just left Epiphany and had a "deluxe" pedicure. It will need to be redone. I was told the polish would take ten to 15 minutes to dry. Not true. There is/was no dryer. After 20 minutes of sitting and drying the old fashioned way (the longest I have ever waited to dry) I put on socks. Not a good idea. After the pedicure, I had to brush off dead skin from my feet. That was a first. A "deluxe" pedicure costs $70. NOT WORTH IT. Thank goodness I had a coupon and only paid $35. I have never not tipped for a service. I didn't today.

Went in for brighter lighter highlights and came out looking EXACTLY the same after one wash... I paid $165 for partial foils on above shoulder length hair (that does not include a cut) not even close to the starting price of $65 listed on their website, I get that it's a starting price but my hair wasn't long and even if it was, it should not have jumped by $100. At the time, I thought maybe I misread something on the website so I didnt argure the price, just paid and left. Two days later, after I washed my hair and realized it was exactly the same, I reached out to them through the feedback section on their website. I left all my contact info and never heard back, it's been several weeks now. I Wasn't asking for $ back or even a redo (because I wouldn't want more damage to my hair and didn't have another 3 hours to spend sitting in the chair) an acknowledgement would have sufficed. Clearly they don't care.

We were from out of town and they were so accommodating and friendly to us. I highly recommend this place!!
