i went to eat lunch here. they are severely understaffed. the guy working was a nice older man. but he seemed overworked and he gave me the wrong order. i asked for ravioli and he gave me tortellini. he kind of argued with me but i he pretty much didnt want to admit. his name is charlie and he was friendly time to time. the service was really super slow to order because he was busy in the back, and i know this because he took a long time so i had to look for him. they need to hire more people. i dont want to seem mean, but they should also train in how to say the words authentically. for example, bruscetta is not pronounced brushetta but is pronounced bruss ketta. the music playing was french. the meat sauce with the tortellini was watery. the bruscetta was on a burger bun that was toasted. there isnt any accessible ramp nor door into or out of this restaurant. the server didnt offer to sprinkle the cheese but just said the cheese is right there. the french onion soup was bland. the cheese in the shaker was too powdery

Located in strip plaza and not particularly enticing. Interior is similar. Ordered take out deep dish pizza, and it was ready exactly when they specified for pickup. Pizza was decent, but price was on the high side, especially when you start adding toppings. Probably not going to be our first choice for pizza, but I was attracted by the deep dish option. Definitely prefer Mickey's in Clarkson.

It took them an hour and fifteen minutes to serve our party of 13, despite us only ordering pasta and pizza. Our waitress got hair in my boyfriends pizza, and instead of being apologetic she simply said 'where is this hair' in a rather accusatory tone. My boyfriend pointed out the hair is purple (she has purple hair). She just walked away. When she came back she barely apologized and said the pizza would be another 25 minutes for the new one. We waited another 45 minutes for him to get his pizza, long after everyone else had finished eating. He took it to go. My best friend found what looked like a beard hair in her pasta, but we didn't point it out because we just wanted to leave at this point, almost 2.5 hours in. The waitress did one bill, then left, came back five minutes later and did the next. She could have done all the bills at once in less than 10 minutes considering our party only had 7 bills and it doesn't take long to use a debit machine. Will not return.

10 minutes to be offered a drink. 44 minutes to receive salad. 1hr 20 minutes to the main course. Steak was overcooked. Should have been medium rare. Not even close. Avoid this restaurant. Disappointing.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and every meal has been great except the last three times I've been there or with take-out. I took a friend out for dinner on August 26. I had raved to my friend about the lasonzia. Needless to say we waited a long time for the food. When it came it looked like it had been left in the oven for a longer period of time than normal. The sauce was not very good, dark in color, as it usually is, very disappointing and embarrassing. Then again on September 26 I had a client I treated for dinner. I raved about the deep dish pizza, best in town. Again we waited a long period of time for our dinner. When it arrived it was almost burnt on the bottom and the crust was well done and is normally good, but not this time, not tasting good at all. I had two pieces and didn't enjoy it or finish it, very disappointing once again and embarrassing. This client had never been to the restaurant before. The following week I called and asked to speak with the manager, and the older guy said not in can I help you, I said I would like to talk to them about two visits I've had. They took my name and said I'll have the manager call you. That person never contacted the manager because the manager never called me. The older gentleman lacks ediquette, has an attitude. I had another experience prior to this with deep dish pizza again not been cooked in the centre enough, doughy, but did not bother to complain figured it was a one time thing. When we have gone and had great food and service it was because the older woman who knows us well served us. I could have gone to Dominos for way less money and it would have been cooked properly. I've not been back since. Perhaps they had a new cook, but this is very poor customer service. If you have an attitude towards customers then you should not be serving customers.
