I used Montreal Mini Storage - Beaumont for a temporary storage problem and they were very good. Friendly and efficient.  They care about the service they provide and the customer's satisfaction. It's now a few months later and since I lost my receipts and needed them for tax returns I called 'em and they had copies emailed to me within two hours. I mean, that's ace!

Will never do bushiness with them. People at reception are friendly but this is not 24 hours service. We have our stuff in the storage and we need to bring something important to flight overseas. We called and woman told me it takes $50 and a guy will come and open the storage. When this greek or Italian looking guy came drunk just opened and pushing us to hurry up and was very rude. This thing happened in 2014. I will never ever go there and recommend this place. TBK

The place is really really clean! The Staff is amazing. Best storage in town tbh

Conor made my life brighter today by advising me above and beyond- he was able to troubleshoot an issue with my contract and whispered sweet nothings to my hoarder side, effectively enabling me to reconsider some of the things loading me down.  Thanks Conor!  You are a rockstar :)
