I rented a Van through Costco on 11/10 to 11/14 from this location. I paid ahead through Costco and when I returned it ,they made me sign and I signed the paper . When I got the bill,it was 250 dollar over. They added additional coverage without my approval. When I asked Bank of America credit card,these guys provided my sign and they did not tell me a total. So I will not visit this place anymore or recommend.I visited this place after the charges and the manager promised to take care of the charges and he never did.
The service I received from this location has been absolutely HANDS DOWN the BEST!!! These guys are courteous, professional, and efficient. I was in and out each time I went in. Cheston, Mark, and Will came and picked me up and dropped me off. The paper work was done quickly and the refund was submitted right away. If your looking for a quick and easy experience THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!

Liars. Not only did they not fulfill a reservation that was booked two months prior, but they called us the day before pickup to inform us that they don't have any similar vehicles available AND they lied about the excuse. Apparently, Enterprise is known for not fulfilling reservations that have a low price; because they are then able to offer your vehicle to another customer who will pay a higher price which helps their sales metrics and increases their personal bonuses. Horrible way of doing business. There's a reason why customers make a reservation ahead of time for a specific vehicle. Enterprise and this location cannot be trusted.
I've rented several times from this facility using a corporate discount. The cars are decent, but some smell like cigarettes with a hazy rear window. I prefer the leather interior cars as they don't smell as bad. The guys working have been extremely polite and respectful with everyone visiting.
Upon arrival, The Enterprise gang started by mocking and laughing. Management tried to intimidate. This past week and last week was hard enough for me and my family, That these clowns had to make it worse. **Do not recommend going there with this kind of service** I ended up canceling the “RESERVATION”

The team here is always courteous, attentive, and helpful. I've been traveling within Florida for the past several weeks and have had great experiences each time.
When working with insurance companies enterprise is the worst don’t waste your money there tell your insurance company to just give you a check to rent some where else. You’ll save yourself from the biggest headache and run around in the long run. Enterprise rent a car is garbage.
