I was contacted today by the Tillsonburg/St Thomas office to tell me that the reservation I made one month ago was being cancelled in favour of a large corporate rental agreement (with Canada Post), throwing my moving plans into disarray since I need the vehicle two days from now. The local office and manager were very apologetic but unable to help me as the decision to scoop all their cargo vans (for the whole region, I was informed) was made at a higher level and is region wide. I was also told that this deal was made almost two weeks ago and have to wonder why they (the company in general if not the branch specifically) left it until the 11th hour to let me know. Based on this shoddy experience I will never personally use Enterprise again and will tell anyone who asks about renting to avoid them because of their unreliability and willingness to shaft single clients at the last moment in favour of a larger account. Additional--I wrote to Enterprise (as requested in the reply to my original review) November 29th and have heard nothing other than the "we got your email" reply. Truly I didn't believe my opinion of this company could sink lower, but it has.

Excellent Service!!!! Great Prices!!!! I was in a bind on Friday June 30th at 2PM and the man was able to find and get me a set of wheels and I could pick it up 90 mins later. I needed a FULL SIZE car and while he couldn't get me the car, but he did get me a 2017 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, so that worked for me!!! Great guy to deal with and I'll be back again for my next rental!!! 10/10
